军校学员素质 信息化条件下军校学员军事素质基础培养模式探讨

摘要：

为适应信息化条件下部队建设需求，初级指挥院校人才培养方案需要作出相应调整。本文探讨了学员军事素质基础的构成要素、打牢学员军事素质基础的重要意义、加强学员军事素质基础培养的思路和途径，对新型初级指挥人才培养，具有一定的指导作用和参考价值。
