——紫琅职业技术学院的探索与实践

摘要：产教融合、校企合作是办好我国高等职业教育、应用型本科高校（应用技术大学）必须坚持的基本方针。紫琅职业技术学院探索构筑了一条全过程多模式校企融合育人之路。首先，校企融合贯通育人全过程，形成了环环相扣的“七个校企共同”：校企共同优化专业设置、制定培养方案、开发课程内容、集聚教学资源、实施教学活动、建设质保体系、促进学生就业。同时，不断拓宽融合育人之路，形成了四种校企合作模式：自主型合作模式，即与学院自主创办的企业进行合作；入驻型合作模式，即与入驻学院从事生产经营活动的企业进行合作；共建型合作模式，即利用企业的设备和技术投入，共同建设校园内实验室或实训室；校外型合作模式，即与校外企业合作开展科技研发、员工培训和学生实训实习。
