关于攀钢集团长城特钢改革发展的思考
关于长城特钢改革发展的思考

摘要。改革与发展是企业永恒的主题。新一轮国资国资改革重点是深化国资和国企两个方面的改革，其中深化国企改革的重点是发展混合所有制经济、企业转型升级、三项制度改等内容。本人分析了长城特钢五大优势和五个方面的主要问题，针对性地提出要整合资源、降低库存、转换经营机制、培育“拳头”产品、严格质量管理、增强企业发展内生动力等举措，旨在加快长城特钢改革发展，促进企业进入良性发展轨道，早日实现中国高端金属材料领军者的愿景。
