利用电导率法测定六种芳香植物的耐热性 电导率的测定及其应用
摘要。运用电导率法对香蜂草(MelissaofficinalisL.)、苹果鼠尾草(SalviaofficinalisL.)、丁香罗勒(OcimumbasilicumL.)、阔叶薰衣草(LavandulaspicaL.)、匍匐迷迭香(RosmarinusofficinalisL.)、香露兜(PandanusamaryllifoliusRoxb.)等6种芳香植物进行了耐热性测定。结果显示,叶片在梯度高温处理后,温度与细胞伤害率之间呈现“S”形曲线关系。通过显著性检验,结合Logistic方程拐点确定半致死温度,测得6种芳香植物的高温半致死温度分别为香蜂草57.00℃、苹果鼠尾草58.55℃、丁香罗勒59.80℃、阔叶薰衣草59.55℃、匍匐迷迭香59.19℃、香露兜65.25℃。

Abstract:Sixaromaticplants(MelissaofficinalisL.,SalviaofficinalisL.,OcimumbasilicumL.,LavandulaspicaL.,RosmarinusofficinalisL.,PandanusamaryllifoliusRoxb.)weretreatedwithhightemperature;andtheirheatresistanceweremeasuredbyelectricalconductivitymethod.Resultsshowedthattheircellswereinjuredbygradienthightemperatureandshowedsigmoidresponsetotemperature.Accordingtosignificancetesting,theLogisticequationwasadoptedtodeterminethesemi-lethaltemperaturesbyspottingtheturningpointsoftheinflexionphaseofthecurve.Thesemi-lethaltemperatureofM.officinalis,S.officinalis,O.basilicum,L.spica,R.officinalisandP.amaryllifoliuswas57.00℃,58.55℃,59.80℃,59.55℃,59.19℃,and65.25℃respectively.
