【企业隐性知识在校企合作中的显性化策略】 校企合作的意义与展望
摘要企业隐性知识的获取不仅利于学生有效融入企业文化，还能间接提高学生的实践能力。由于企业隐性知识潜藏在员工个体内部，并且不易言传，因此要想实现学生的有效吸收，必须实现隐性知识显性化转换。首先阐释校企合作的战略意义，分析企业员工内部隐性知识的特点，针对这些特点提出企业隐性知识显性化转化的策略。
