半挥发性有机物研究

苯酚类、有机氯农摘。。要。。。使用聚苯乙烯二乙烯基苯固相萃取小柱提取水中半挥发性有机物，包括硝基苯类、

药、氯苯类、酞酸酯类、苯胺类和多环芳烃等，用gc/ms进行定性定量分析。研究了有机改性剂、ph值和上样流速对回收率的影响，优化了固相萃取条件。实验结果表明，1l水样中90多种半挥发性有机物的方法检出限为0。。001~0。。5。。g/l;回收率为60%~125%。该方法适合监测水中痕量半挥发性有机物。

水中半挥发性有机物测定方法的研究是很有必要的。

水中半挥发性有机物的种类较多，浓度较低，目前测定的标准是将它们分类，液液萃取浓缩后，选用气相色谱的不同检测器分别测定，缺点是费时费力，而且存在有机溶剂用量大、样品处理复杂等问题
