社会系统工程方法刍论

摘要我国的战略科学家钱学森晚年致力于发展系统科学，建立了系统科学的中国学派，提出了开放的复杂巨系统的科学新领域和大成智慧工程的方法论，并研究在社会主义制度下实施社会系统工程的途径。它对我国社会主义建设的科学发展特别是其顶层设计具有重要意义。但钱学森生前未能见到社会系统工程的具体实施，也未能形成其具体的方法。本文是在总结钱学森方法论的基础上，对社会系统工程方法的初探，指出了这种方法的基本性质和特点，提出了系统建模和控制理论的基本框架。对于国内外系统科学界在复杂性、开放的复杂巨系统建模和定量化运算等方面的困惑，指出了可行的解决办法。此法可经过实践的检验不断得到改进和提高。
