百合多糖提取及成分分析:百合多糖
摘要。采用水提醇沉法提取百合(Bulbuslilii)中的多糖成分,Sevage法除蛋白质,凝胶色谱法进行多糖纯化,制备3-甲基-1-苯基-2-吡唑啉酮(PMP)衍生物进行高效液相色谱分析。结果表明,百合多糖由鼠李糖、阿拉伯糖、葡萄糖、木糖、半乳糖5种单糖组成,其含量分别为4.82%、12.79%、47.02%、13.01%、22.36%。

Abstract:PolysaccharidewasextractedandisolatedfromBulbusliliibywaterextracting-alcoholprecipitatingmethodandpurifiedbySevagemethodandgelpermeationchromatography.ThecomponentsofthepolysaccharidewereidentifiedandquantifiedbyHPLCofthePMPderivatives.TheresultsshowedthatthemainmonosaccharidescontainedinB.liliipolysaccharidewererhamnose,arabinose,glucose,xyloseandgalactose,withcontentof4.82%,12.79%,47.02%,13.01%and22.36%,respectively.
