村镇银行发展中存在的问题与对策

[摘要]建立村镇银行是为了解决我国现有农村地区银行业金融机构覆盖率低、竞争不充分、金融供给不足、金融服务缺位等“金融抑制”问题，更好的建设农村金融生态环境。但作为新生事物，研究发现村镇银行在建立及发展中还存在一些新的问题，本文从村镇银行存在的问题入手，提出现阶段促进村镇银行发展的一系列措施，希望能在商业性金融如何发挥政策性支农作用这一本质问题上提出一些有益的建议。
