我国现阶段财政支农制度的缺陷及改进

摘要。财政支农是国家对农业投入的最重要渠道，因此有必要对财政支农现状进行研究。现行的支农政策以及实施的效果并不尽如人意，存在着“头疼医头，脚疼医脚”的现象，没有形成一个全面化､长期化的支农政策体系。因此，尽快建立完善的财政支农政策体系迫在眉睫。当前的主要任务是完善现有的政策，积极创建新的支农方式。在此基础上，本文通过进一步整合这些政策，区分其主次和先后顺序统筹安排，使之相互配合､相互协调，最终实现财政支农政策的整体目标｡
