乡镇机构改革的难点与对策

——以张北县张北镇改革为例

乡镇是我国社会的基础。自从新中国建立以来，乡镇机构虽然历经过多次改革，但仍不能完全适应经济社会发展的迫切需要。本文将分三个部分来讲述我们现在乡镇机构的问题以及解决决策。第一部分，在宏观层面上介绍我国乡镇机构改革的紧迫性，分析乡镇机构改革所产生的深刻影响。文章第二部分详细介绍了我国乡镇机构改革过程中所存在的主要问题，并有针对性地结合人员、机构等多种因素予以考虑，分析难点存在的主要原因。第三部分，文章结合河北省张北县张北镇机构改革所取得的一些成效，予以深度分析，指出了我国乡镇机构改革未来发展方向和趋势。
