秦皇岛市法定传染病疫情监测分析

摘要。目的探讨秦皇岛市传染病流行规律，为准确研判传染病发病趋势，制定有效的传染病防控策略提供依据。方法利用国家疾病监测系统中的监测数据，用描述性流行病学方法对秦皇岛市2004年至2007年的法定传染病三间分布资料进行描述和分析。结果7年中，秦皇岛市无甲类传染病报告。乙类传染病走势平稳。丙类传染病2008年、2009年显著上升。法定传染病发病趋势基本随丙类传染病的变化而变化。发病上升的主要病种是急性呼吸道传染病和新增法定传染病。急性呼吸道传染病以儿童和青少年发病为主。农民、成年男性是传染病的高发人群。丙肝在青龙县、狂犬病在抚宁县处于流行态势。梅毒以城市区为主。结论我市应当对狂犬病、丙肝、性病、急性呼吸道传染病的防控引起高度重视，防止疫情扩散甚至导致突发公共卫生事件的发生。
